These terms and conditions are effective june 1, 2025. DIN A4 MINDSET LLC reserves the right to modify them, in which case users/members will be notified at least thirty days in advance by direct communication and/or posting on the official website.

You can consult the Privacy Policy published on this site under the title "Privacy Policy." We inform you that the Personal Data collected will be incorporated into a file under our responsibility, for the purpose of managing the sending of the information requested and providing interested parties with offers of products and services of interest. The Personal Data obtained on this Website, as well as the offer of products and services offered, is based on the consent requested from the interested party.

The interested party has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

The language used on the website is Spanish and English. Currently, memberships and training modules are only available in Spanish.

Terms of use: Only persons of legal age may access and/or purchase the different memberships or products, in accordance with the legislation of each country. Any type of publication or interaction with third parties that may be considered offensive, discriminatory, threatening, or obscene is prohibited.

In all cases, minors are prohibited from accessing and browsing the Website unless they have the prior express authorization of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives. The parents, guardians, or legal representatives will be held responsible for the actions of minors in their care, in accordance with current regulations. In all cases, it will be presumed that any minor accessing the Website has been done with the prior express authorization of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives.

Spamming or scraping is also prohibited. Nor is removing or altering the copyright notice, trademark, or any other intellectual property notice permitted.

The intellectual property of the website, the logo, content, images, etc., as well as any products or services that may be marketed thereon, are the property of DIN A4 MINDSET LLC, and their permitted use is limited to the duration of the active subscription.

The payment terms and price are stipulated for each membership or product, excluding taxes. The price of the membership for "The Hero's Journey" is $110.

The purchase or contracting process is as follows:

• The terms and conditions of the sale or contract are accepted

• The purchase is processed

• Payment is made securely

• An order confirmation email is sent

• Access to the user platform is granted

The payment method for the purchase of products or services is by credit or debit card using the secure payment gateway, Stripe.

The contract term is renewable monthly. Although this is a continuous practice of the line of thinking and the training of the creative capacity for new circumstances, the practitioner may cancel the membership at any time by means of a communication that will be verified by the company itself so as not to prejudice the member's rights. Cancellation would imply the complete cancellation of the subscription with all the rights and obligations that this entails.

Obligations: Keep the subscription or membership fee current. If you are a Facilitator of a group of practitioners, you must also provide support and ensure the wellness practice, maintaining the group's motivation and commitment.

Rights: Practitioners may complete the subscribed training at their own pace, balancing work and family life. For promoting and facilitating their own group of practitioners and their organization, they will also receive compensation according to the Compensation Plan corresponding to the membership chosen from those available, if any.

Right of withdrawal: Users may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the product or subscription to the service. This right means that they may cancel the product or service without giving any reason, at no additional cost, and with a full refund.

Guarantee: Successful completion of all forty modules and practical sessions guarantees that the practitioner will enjoy a level of consciousness above level 200 on the Hawkins Consciousness Scale and will have internalized practices that will facilitate their personal well-being. Access to the modules will be permanent as long as the membership or subscription is active.

The practitioner will have their own domain where they can view their progress and that of their group and organization, as well as their status as a member and the application of the compensation plan corresponding to their organization, receipts, activity, and performance statistics, among other things.

The practitioner member will have a personal wallet on their domain. This wallet will reflect the income generated by their facilitating activity according to the current Compensation Plan. The facilitating member will be able to order withdrawals from their wallet against the available balance through a secure payment gateway and credited to the bank account indicated by the member. MINDSET will not retain the banking information of its members. Any withdrawal fees that the payment gateway may apply will be borne by the member.

Corrections: In the event of an error or modification, the subscribing member may access the website from their dedicated site to make the necessary modifications or updates.

DIN A4 MINDSET, LLC is responsible for fulfilling the services offered to members with maximum transparency and in compliance with the Compensation Plan corresponding to their membership.

Compensation Plan: The Compensation Plan of the Group and the Organization of a Facilitator of "The Hero's Journey" rewards the facilitation, motivation, and support of new practicing members. Since "The Hero's Journey" has as its mission and vision the expansion of consciousness, we like to imagine it in the form of circular waves similar to those formed by a drop falling into water. Thus, the Compensation Plan reaches the first five waves of consciousness expansion starting with each facilitator member.

We call the first wave the "Direct Group." This direct group is made up of practitioners directly sponsored and energized by a facilitating practitioner. The maximum number of sponsored practitioners in the Direct Group is 12. When we say that a Facilitator has a Group of seven members, we are referring only to their Direct Group. That is, the Facilitator has seven of the maximum twelve members they could have in their Direct Group. The compensation plan grants the facilitator 30% of their practitioners' Direct Group membership.

Wave 1. Direct Group: 30% of the membership

We call the sum of all the members that make up the first five waves "Organization". The Organization is the expansion of the wave of consciousness created by a Facilitator and their first wave (Direct Group) up to and including the fifth wave. This occurs as members energize their own Direct Groups. Thus, a Facilitator's Organization can reach a maximum of five waves: the wave of their own Direct Group and four additional waves, as a result of their energizing, motivating, and mentoring activities.

The number of members in a Facilitator's Organization also includes the members of their Direct Group. The Compensation Plan grants the Facilitator of waves 2 to 5 the following percentage of the membership.

Wave 2:          20% of the membership

Wave 3:          5% of the membership

Wave 4:          5% of the membership

Wave 5:          5% of the membership

The total composition of each Facilitator's Organization is available on their dedicated website. The graphic representation on the website is shown in the form of an MLM tree to allow for an organized view, which does not coincide with the representation in the graphics above. These represent a more universal concept, a circular energy wave, which better describes the dynamization and expansion of "The Hero's Journey."

It expressly disclaims any liability for the content, professional performance, or contracting conditions of therapists who offer their services for the benefit of practitioners who freely choose to use them. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: This Website is governed by the laws in force in the United States. The Owner and the User agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the interpretation and application of these terms and conditions of use to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Delaware, waiving their own jurisdiction, if any.
